A model of the base Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II / ‘warthog’ US ground attack / close air support aircraft. In US service: 1977-Present.
Ethical Note: The Hobbyboss A-10 1:72 kit design does not include missiles or bombs despite misleading cover pictures depicting an A-10 with 4x AGM-65 Maverick, 2x AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles and an ECM pod. By default it only includes the inbuilt Gau-8/A avenger autocannon and wing weapon -mountings- only. Missiles or bombs would have to be sourced from another US post 1970s 1:72 aircraft kit with spares if you desire a loaded out A-10 model.
