Ammo by Mig Jimenez. Vallejo Pigments – Earth & Oxide – Light Sienna – Specialist Model Making Weathering pigment in a 35ml screw cap bottle. Modelling pigments are dry pigment (paint) powders designed to simulate the effect of natural earth build-ups and dirt on models, miniatures and scenery. Vallejo Light Sienna Pigment is used as a light sand, or dry light-coloured mud pigment typically on tank tracks, vehicle wheels, some surfaces, lower hulls or on desert model dioramas / landscapes. Vallejo modelling pigments can also be used for augmenting washes and staining areas when used in conjunction with a liquid. Light Sienna modelling pigment is primarily formulated for optimized realism in creating a sand covered or light dry sand based muddy appearance on lower areas of vehicles or scenery dioramas. Vallejo pigments are matt in texture but can be used in glossy wet acrylic clear paint solutions to depict wet sand or light coloured mud in sandy soil areas.
